Wms Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 I have been going to a local VA clinic in Macon, Georgia for two years now. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can immediately request medical documents from a the local VA clinics after a visit? Because the clinics are not like the VA Hospitals where I can go to straight the FOIA desk. I am asking this question because I have already made a request for my C-files, and C&P exams and have not receive them. These documents would be helpful since I have filed for an increase. cham1968 Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 all your records will be maintained at the locat VAMC. You can go to there to get any and all of your records. Put the date you want your records to go back to and Check every box located on your sheet: xray, mental health etc. to ensure you get everything.
