Fatty liver per ultrasound with normal LFTS and negative Hepatitis panels.
Mild hepatomegaly with increased echogenicity of liver, most likely consistent with fatty change or diffuse hepatocellular disease. Mild splenomegaly. Incomplete evaluaton of the pancreas due to overlying bowel gas.
