The following eBenefits features will be unavailable Saturday, 21st September from 2000 to 2100 ET: C&P Claims Status, Payment History, Update Personal Contact Information, Download VA Letters, Benefits Explorer, VONAPP Direct Connect (VDC).

The following features will be unavailable on Sunday, September 22nd from 1500 - 1900 ET: submit forms online for Compensation Benefits, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Statement, and Unemployability Benefit Application; and upload documents for C&P Claims Status. Ebenefits is so unreliable as to be nearly worthless. If this were a company, "heads would roll" if the website were down as often as ebennies. Since its Vets, we are used to getting the shaft from VA, its just part of VA's normal routine. Sad. VA wants Vets to "lower our standards" and VA will meet these goals, and then convince us to lower them more.
