Dlc Posted August 30, 2006 Share Posted August 30, 2006 called va waco wensday last, and they told me that they had sent a letter to the Dallas va hospital conerning my 1151 claims I sent in back in April 2006 , they said that the were sending it to the general !???. Tim McClain isn't the GC there anymore- If someone at 800# told you this however- I suggest calling 800# back for a second opinion- They could have meant VACO-for a medical opinion that would be more thorough and educated than anything they would get from one of their docs who handles these 1151 claims for the VARO. General Counsel can be contacted at (202) 273 - 6660 They are very user friendly- cream of the crop as far as knowing VA legalise goes. GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !
