0 Navy04
Always a catch bad for us when Govt tries to make the process easier, yeah right. I love the idea of Electronic filing, if the VA will process claims quicker and the Veterans don't get screwed in the end. Always sounds so good in theory, but will never be efficient, we all know that. 0 subvet
Check the link http://www.military.com/daily-news/2014/02/06/va-accused-of-changing-rules-to-reach-goals.html?ESRC=eb.nl Thanks for the link. The VSO in action. What concerns me is error in claims, where the vet has to file an appeal and go thru the ENTIRE exam process again. It is unacceptable to me that the VA complete a new exam for every condition, where the appeal is for only for 1 or 2 of maybe 10 conditions. But this may be for another thread.
