I have what I would construe as a pretty simple appeal (Im SC for ED, yet no SMC-K) and its been 2 years, just an example. The Earth is degenerating these days. Bribery and corruption abound.Children no longer mind their parents, every man wants to write a book,and it is evident that the end of the world is fast approaching. --17 different possible sources, all lacking verifiable attribution. Broken I had my C&P Exams last Friday for my FDC increase. I saw a Urologist for my Testicular issue. I am 0%SC for Left Testicle due to a Varicocele, which required me to have Testicular Surgery Feb 2012. On my Exam notes the Doc listed 50% or greater chance Service Member has Erectile Dysfunction and Loss of Use of Left Testicle Secondary to Service Connected Varicocele. SMC-K will be granted. What is the % for Erectile Dysfunction, and $ for SMC-K? My ED is in part to meds and in part to lower (SC) back nerve damage, but for some reason the SMC part was never put on. Going on 2.5 yrs now on appeal. The Earth is degenerating these days. Sorry to hear of your troubles, I take a lot of meds, and 5 psych meds, and they definitely don't help the ED.
