usdart
I checked this morning and I am now at Pending Decision Approval. Now that I am getting close I am starting to REALLY get nervous. Any idea how long it might take to finish up? If it all goes smoothly of course. Ebennies calls this the 'Rating Phase'.. 0 Wolfhound88
Good for you Dart! Hopefully you will get that BBE soon with a fair rating!
0 TiredCoastie
Hard to tell how long, really. Have heard that there are a lot of factors...who's in the building and who's out, how fast they're signing decision approvals, how many signatures are required... Praying for the best! No way to tell at this point. Hang in there. Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
0 GatorNavy
I've had claims go from PDA back to gathering evidence more than once. The raters are finished with your claim and they have thrown your C-file over the cubicle wall to the team that checks everything and then writes up the decision. If something is missing it is tossed back over the wall and back to the rater. You might get lucky and your claim moves ahead in a month or so. I'd give craps at Vegas better odds though. I just have experience doing my own claims. I think maybe the VA came up with ebennys because the VSOs were complainin all of the time. Good for lowering your GAF by 10 points should you have one. ketchup56

0 usdart
Thanks everyone! I think it will go pretty darn fast. It has sped up. since leaving the Gathering it has taken about a week for each phase. The pending decision review phase completion date is next week so maybe good news. Congratulations Carolinian!! You should post in the Success stories forum, let us know your story. Glad to see so many vet's claims finally get good results! :) Shyne-I
