Question

just noticed on Ebennies that 2 of my pending claims, (13 active), were completed on jan 22 of this year 2014, but I have never recieved any notification of the claim being approved or denied. the claims are for Resids of Endocrine dysfunction and Erectile Dysfunction. I dont know why they would single out those 2 claims out of the bunch, and complete just those, and then not inform me of the results. I would think Id have heard something,

You could IRIS them fora status on everything.....maybe they made decisions on some claims but defered other stuff.....

still, they always send a letter when they do that......

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Those two claims are probably easier than the others to process, only thing that I could think of. Good luck, be patient, and see what comes in the mail. My Lawyer called and said my SSDI was approved 2 weeks ago, and I have not received a Letter or Call from the SSA. So frustrating

Navy04,

You can call the 800 number to SS and ask for the status of your hearing decision and they will tell you where they are in the process and when your letter should be going out.

Thanks I did an Iris request last night so hopefully I find something out. its sure frustrating being in the dark, like a prisoner all the time, while the high and mighty VA hides behind thier cloak of secrecy. The 2 claims that show complete were the last filed, so maybe they are doing last in first out type actions now. Hell they still owe me around 10.,000 for the 6 months I was down due to kidney surgery back in oct 2011. They are SO flocked up.

If the VA doesnt start sorting my claims out soon, I will win just by the default that nobody can figure them out, theyve become so entangled and un extrapable. They are all decombobled.

I would think that the 2 claims would be easy to service connect, because they removed an organ (adrenal gland) that was caused by hepatitis, . the hepatitis caused the kidney cancer and the adrenal gland resides on top of the kidney that became cancerous, therefore it to was cancerous. So with that being said, and the adrenal gland produces sex hormones to the brain, I cant see anyway in hell they could deny. The organ is gone, vammoose, ardorvois, adios, gone, gone gone,. and it aint growing back. So that should be very easy for the retards at WACO .

HOWEVER... the fact that they look for ways to DENY instead of approve, nothing surprises me anymore.

Also where it usually says " type of claim" example compensation, auto review, theres nothing there. so thats odd;.
