Question

Hi all

Im new here and I'll try and keep it short. So last week I gave my rep my stress letter to send in along w another letter describing how ptsd affects me.. I did 3 tours in iraq in my 4 yr enlistment and I have all sorts of anger issues and. Basically most of the ptsd symptoms. Anyway so my question was whats next? & another thing if any vets from Washington State could give me some insight as to how vet friendly this state is id appreciate it. Ive also had my C&P a couple weeks ago.

You need to get a copy of the C & P results from the VAMC where the C & P exam was done.

It will give you a heads up on what to expect.

You can cover your name, C file number, scan it and attach it here under the attach button for opinions and input from us.

We have the new 2010 PTSD regulations here in our PTSD forum.

You need a VA MH diagnosis ( that will be covered in the C & P exam results) and also your service must fall into the 'fear of hostile activity" criteria in the regulation.

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
