My husband's hasn't either. We thought it was just his. He had a Nephrologist appt. on April 10th and no notes in for that along with several other ones. Interesting to see if it is the same for others.

April 10, 2014 was my last update. I called an 800 number I found on Myhealth vet and they made out a ticket to have the good folks in IT try to find out what's going on. Hope they get it fixed soon, I would love to see my notes.

Have fun...all!!

Just checked my medical notes and lab results for a 4/28/2014 appointment. Everything has been updated except my meds. She even noted in the record that she was renewing them. Guess I'll have to call and raise hell tomorrow.

The other option is to contact the MHV coordinator or point person at your VAMC. I had to go to both the local coordinator and get after the central help desk a couple of years ago before someone fixed my profile. You can keep clicking the "update" button at the top of the page. I've had the best success getting updates on weekends. Tonight, being Sunday night, is a good time to try. Just keep clicking the update button. If, after 20 or 30 tries, it's time to get someone to look at your profile, though.
