Question

I went into the Army in 1973 with a known disability (Heart Murmur) While in the army I was stationed at Fort Carson in 1981, while at work I was walking to the Motor Pool and passed out. The Ambulance took me to the hospital and the did test on me to include a Holter Monitor but were unable to catch anything on tape. After that I was never able to run PT without being winded. I went on for another couple years and ETS in 1985. In 1986 I had another episode of passing out, I went to the VA hospital in Reno, Nv. They did test and diagnosed me Super Ventricular Tachycardia. I have since had two Heart Oblassions and take a lot of meds to keep my heart from running away. When I applied for disability I was only rated for my back injury. Should'nt they have rated me for my heart condition being aggravated?

Did you formally claim aggravation of the heart condition?

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
