Last week their phone system was royally screwed up. Got busy signal every time I called. Today, got through but hold times over 30 minutes and constant disconnects.

I reported it to the patient representative who said half of his clients over the past week reported the same thing. Apparently there was an 'upgrade' to the system and it didn't work out as they hoped, but they are working on it.
