Need Some Help Please

Just got my decision letter and copy of c&p exam. I thought my exam went really bad but I guess not too bad. Approved one for 30 percent. The other claim was denied at zero.... exam stated as least likely than not that it occurred in service but no diagnosis code entered so no rate given because no.residuals shown. I see where examiner enetered all these measurements and repetitive.test results, but no test was done except his eyes looking at my ankle and knee. Just one leg only. So.my question is what do I do next. Thanks for any replies.

I am rated 30% for Migraines and I just put an FDC claim last month to get increased to 50%. You can always put in the increase. I take Sumatrin for Migraines, and I get 21 or 31, don't remember, Botox injections every three months in my head. Nothing helps me as it is due to TBI, but the highest rating for Migraines is 50%, I think.
