gerard Posted August 12, 2014 Share Posted August 12, 2014 i received my award letter today. i was a 50% vet but now it says i m an 80% the lettrr says eff dat 06/09/2006. so my question is do i receive back pay feom 06. i was married with with 3 kids. them i will receive smc from 01/07~04/07. will they back pay me.
