Question

Ebenefits, Access documents had a statement about reducing my benefits for degenerative arthritis May 2015. I wrote Iris and asked about this statement and they replied could change, stay the same, or go up..

Well had a C&P exam to service connect my left knee as secondary to service connected right knee July 2014. They S/C my left knee but sure enough they reduced my degenerative arthritis to zero from 10%. I had more movement with my brace went from severe to moderate on subluxation and showed improvement.

I have a current FDC claim to include L Knee Secondary to R Knee, so I know how you feel bud. My last FDC my R Knee stayed at 0% for one condition, yet granted SC 10% for R Knee with Painful Motion. All the VA did is reword the same condition and grant it, WTH. Good luck and keep us posted.
