Question

Hi all,

I am new here and have a quick question about my C&P exams. I have many, and can copy and paste them all here if need be, but they all state: Does the Veteran's wrist condition impact his or her ability to work? [] Yes [x ] No

Does that mean that I wont be rated for any of these conditions?

There's so much stuff going on.....

But I defiently agree with the 10% mental health or Tbi...

Then the 30% headaches

Then I think 10 or 20 for the shoulder is service connected

Your getting 10% for tinitus

So just off the things that seem obvious your already around 50%

Then you've got spine hip and neck plus hand wrist stuff going on.

Is this all your exit exam?

Did you just get out of military?

Make sure you appeal anything you think isnt right no matter how grateful you are for the rating you get. i got out in 2007 and received a rating of 60% and I didnt even know what an appeal was. I thought I am not disabled but I am totally "F"ed up physically and mentally. Anyway just now I am fighting for things that should have been no issue but I was extremely grateful at the initial rating. I was low balled and was increased to 80% in 2010 and now working on 100%. Make sure and get help if you need it too. I know that $3500/month doesnt make up for how screwed up we are but it is better than nothing and really helps the families. I hope you get what you should get the first go around!
