Post a clear title like ‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question.

Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title.I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on.

Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story.Again – You want to make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.
Leading too:Post straightforward questions and then post background information.
Examples:-
Question A. I was previously denied for apnea – Should I refile a claim?

My NOD never showed up on ebenifits last year, so I figured the ebenifits appeal status only showed up once your appeal was perfected to the BVA. My latest appeal shows that the appeal status should show up a the RO level with the Notice Of Disagreement. In summary the Appeal status should be updated once your NOD is submitted regardless if it goes to the BVA or not. hope this helps anybody...

Ebenefits is only as good as the VA person who updates the status of specific items. They are "supposed to" keep the status updated when it changes from one phase to the next, etc..., but it does not
