Mikemmlj
I am fighting to not have a fiduciary. I am 100% PTSD. Here is my plan: 1 Show the VA that I have all my bills on automatic payment. 2 try to get my VA Social Worker to write a letter saying I don't need a fiduciary. 3 Have all my savings, retirement, and credit score available. 4. Make a clear budget. Anything else people can think of? Any help appreciated.
