Review of
Alleged Data
Manipulation at the

Houston, TX
In part:

"The VARO’s independent review team determined the employee incorrectly cleared system controls in 136 (44 percent) of 308 claims, making these unfinished claims appear to be completed.

Also:

"ORLANDO, Fla. —

Channel 9 discovered three elderly veterans contracted a dangerous bacteria after moving in to a new Veterans Affairs facility in Lake Nona.

The veterans were diagnosed with Legionnaires' disease in July, and Health Department officials believe the bacteria was likely lingering in the water. One of the victims died after contracting the disease, but it was not the cause of death, officials said."

(maybe not 'cause' but probably a contributing factor..in my opinion)

Being that I live in Texas, I know too well the issues that the Houston and Waco ROs have been having for years. Just don't know why such a large state, does very little to get these VA issues squared away. Thanks for the info
