0 jackdays Posted October 7, 2014 Author Share Posted October 7, 2014 i filed a nod one week before my one year mark. i subbmitted an imo with the nod. one week after i submitted the nod i recieved a letter stating that my nod was premature as they have just made a provisional rating on the contensions i was disagreeing with. thats is why i am asking this quetsion it just seems like an error on the va's part.
