0 Berta Posted February 12, 2015 Share Posted February 12, 2015 If you receive SSDI Solely for what your 90% SC conditions are, your chances are Excellent! But make sure the VA is aware of that award from the SSA. The key word here is "solely". NSC conditions as part of an SSDI award , in VA's way of thinking, completely invalidate a SSDI award 'solely' for SC. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
