Odd how the IG has been whipping out reports lately left and right.....and then this comes out today
I got so many IG reports in my email a few days ago I thought maybe they were duplicates but they weren't.
IG is only an inhouse investigative body of the VA.In some respects they do a lot of good.
But when they see any type of improper situation they usually just make recommendations.
They have no power to change the VA the ways it needs to be changed.
GAO however does not receive a paycheck from the VA.
GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !
When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief
Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was
simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."
Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
