Is There A Shorter Version Of My C&p I Can Upload?

I looked at examples that others uploaded and I have essentially 3 C&P examines on my healthevet, but it has references to so many tests I've done with doctors names and locations I'm wondering if there is an important section I could just copy and paste. Maybe the end diagnoses is important? I can't imagine cutting and pasting all of this its just so much.

I would look through the C/P notes and see if you can find any language indicating the doctor's recommendation overall. There are key words to look for such as:

1. “is due to” (100% sure)

2. “more likely than not” (greater than 50%)

3. “at least as likely as not” (equal to or greater than 50%)

4. “not at least as likely as not” (less than 50%)

5. “is not due to” (0%)"

What were the C/P exams for?
