I don understand this ROM results can someone explain where the ROM falls on the rating scale.....
I don't understand the ROM numbers? I am already at 10% for lumbar strain......They requested one
This is results of may latest C&p exam on may 13, 2015
a. Initial range of motion: she checked ( Abnormal or outside of normal range)
Forward flexion (0 to 90) 0 to 45 degrees
Extension (0 to 30) 0 to 25 degrees
Right lateral flexion (0 to 30): 0 to 15 degrees
Left lateral flexion (0 to 30) 0 to 25 degrees
Right lateral rotation (0 to 30) 0 to 20 degrees
Left Lateral Rotation (0-to 30) 0 to 20 degrees
If abnormal, does the range of motion itself contribute to a functional loss? she checked the YES box.....
If yes explain: Decrease range of motion of the lower back is in its self a functional impairment..
Description of pain: Doctor wrote "Pain noted on exam and causes physical impairment"
If noted on exam which ROM exhibited pain Dr. Wrote " Forward flexion, extension, right lateral flexion, left lateral flexion, right lateral rotation, left lateral rotation..
Decrition of pain? Dr. Wrote Pain noted and causes functional loss
