Unable To Generate Letters

Anyone know what the error code for va letters saying unable to generate letters. Call 1 800 number and tell them service exception

Yes...its a glitch in the Ebenefits System and certainly nothing to worry about. I found the same thing but it will be OK soon...just keep checking....thanks...rootbeer22

I needed to generate a letter earlier this week. I kept retrying about once an hour and then it finally worked.

Thanks. I have been waiting since May 29th for my ab8 letter to update or get my envelope in the mail. My claim was closed and still have received nothing from them other than the decision rating. Nothing on pay or when it may start.
