Question

Hello All.

Had BVA hearing June 2nd and have heard nothing as yet? Not even a transcript although I pretty much remember what was said.

Do I call the obudsman and ask whats up or just go fishing?

I would hope that you would have heard something by now, but then again, this is the BVA...

I had my hearing April 29th, 2015. I received the transcript several days ago on Saturday. My case was advanced on the docket by the judge at the end of the hearing. We requested a copy of the transcript post haste to approve it prior to the decision as one only has 30 days to object to the content. If you did not specifically ask for the transcript while there, you may want to ask for one now if you feel it is material to your case to do so.

Here's what mine looked like:

Thank you Asknod,

That answer is more inline of what I was hoping for!

My main concern I guess is you know how the VA is sometimes telling vets that they sent stuff and low and behold the vet never gets it. Wink, wink!

The other is I have been searching decisions on BVA site and they are showing decisions from June 2015 and I haven't seen squat on my appeal! So a little anxious bordering on aniexty!

I have been fighting this for years and really have deep seeded emotions that I deserve this and will appeal to the CAVA if I don't get what I want, and may have screwed up by telling the judge that. I mean they could just say lets deny and just see what the court does!

I have really never understood why I was denied in the first place after reading my C file??

Thanks again for your post and hope others might chime in?

Also should I do anything at this point? If so what do you recommend ?

Well called bva legion office to find out if they knew anything on my court decision and the lady on the phone could not find it! She said something like it hasn't come upstairs to the judge yet and told me to call back around 3:00?

i thought the judge that heard my case would be the one that would decide it??
