proudveteran Posted August 10, 2015 Share Posted August 10, 2015 I am currently rated at 100% P&T back dated to 2010. My wife receives tier 3 caretaker. I am not sure if there is a difference, but if there is what is the next step in applying for aid and attendance? will they back date my pay to 2010? Are they going to try to find me incompetent? Yes, the VA can find you incompetent, because my wife is my Caregiver on the Highest Tier and the VA along with the SSA found me incompetent.
