I hope this will help some of you to realize what the VBMS is going to provoke at the BVA. 0 Gastone Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 Does the VA provide similar statistical data on the "Success" of the DRO Review/Hearing program?The DRO Hearing worked for me in 2014, after waiting 4.25 yrs. DRO cleared both the original NOD from 2010 and a 2012 IU NOD. Had I opted for the BVA in 10, would the 2012 IU NOD been addressed by the BVA at the same time as the 2010 Appeal?Semper Fi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
