Ebenefits Upload

Good morning all,

I have uploaded some documents into a claim on ebenefits.  I can see that my uploads are on the compensation page, but I cannot actually click them in order to view them.  My question is, is this normal, or should I scan and fax them in?  Thank in advance for any input.

I have never been able to view anything that I uploaded, just the names of forms that I uploaded.  I think this is normal.

As stated above, I too have uploaded multiple Documents, and was never actually able to see them, but VA did confirm that they were received. Good luck and keep us posted

Yep, I've confirmed that the documents I've uploaded have been received even though I can't click on them to view them either.
