I had my hearing for SSDI in November. All paperwork from the SSA had my date last insured listed as 12/31/14. At the hearing, I agreed to amend my onset date to 1/29/14. This past week, the payment processing center in Baltimore forwarded my case to the Appeals Council as a bureau protest. The payment processing center came to discover that my date last insured was actually 12/31/13. I spoke with someone from the Appeals Council and was told that my case was marked as critical and had been assigned to an analyst already.
Does anyone have an idea of what is going to happen from this point on?
