Increase in SMC

Y r right, I have two SC disabilities which happened in Japan when I was in the Navy. The treatments I received in the Navy are in my service records. It took me 28 years for me to get SC thru the appeal process in DC. I got SC in 2006. I kept my claim open for all these years except I let one year expire so my back pay started in 2004 which limit my pay. I see what yr saying. right now I am at SMC ( S-1). Thanks. I will keep pushing. Any tips u can give me will be appreciated.
