This number is in service 202-530-9470 and they will help you if your claim is stuck or need an explanation as to why.  For warning,it took 3 calls to get through the first 2 calls lasted 17.30 minutes on hold before I was disconnected and the third time it was picked up right away. She said she was calling her contact at the BVA to see why they haven't fixed their computer glitch.
