Good luck on your claim. Next time PM that stuff- I still have all your information that was edited out because I have this forum set to auto post every day to me in digest form.

Ray, I can try to help you here at hadit.......you and James are AO HEROES in my opinion.....because you both succeeded in those AO battles!

I hope you go over the 1151 forum here -lots of 1151 info is in the FTCA forum as well...

the evidence for proving  for both types of these claims  are the same.

You will need:

Documented medical evidence in VA med recs of malpractice and

Documented proof this malpractice caused an additional ratable disability.

It almost always takes a strong IMO/IME to succeed under 1151 and/or FTCA.
