0 Berta
Yes. But sometimes they never properly request private med recs, or even SSA records. I asked this question before 3 times-never got an answer. Does VA still send out authorization forms for SSDI records and private medical records? The forms the vet used to have to sign, copy to keep, and mail back with proof of mailing to the RO. Marine, is this for a TDIU claim? When they awarded the 70% were you unemployed.if so did they know that? GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
0 usmc2511
No, this is not for an IU claim , this is a claim for an increase in my Ménière's syndrome service connected disability. I sent in my DBQ along with all of my tests, and imaging. I didn't want to send him a bunch of useless medical information so I just sent in what was pertinent to the claim. Just wondering if they are going to request all of the records anyway.
