0 Berta
SSDI eligibility is completely different from SSI. This link has more info on the SSDI criteria: https://www.ssa.gov/planners/disability/ GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
0 Navy04
Correct, by best friend was Diagnosed with Parkinsons when he was around 17 or 18, and only worked fast food for a few months. So he receives SSI, based on the fact that he did not earn the SSDI minimum standards. Sorry to hear of your health issues and wish you the best.
