0 usmcpana146
I have a private attorney for my sleep apnea appeal case. This case is over 3 years old. I'm waiting for the VA to schedule a date for a video board hearing. I don't trust my attorney, He advised me on past occasion not to submit any claims until the appeal is completed. I'm 68 I don't want to wait seven years for the results of a claim that I'm not certain of the results. I have other service connected conditions that I can claim increase. What should I do? Good question but does it really matter at this point? You can't go any lower than the 10% Awarded for all (3) combined conditions, even if (1) all of a sudden became a (0%). Is the "Low Dose Rx"
