Question

After submitting my NOD and some new evidence, the VA contacted me and are going to schedule an exam on my back and hips. They previously were not considered "service connected" because I was medically retired due, in part, to "low back condition" and "bilateral hip condition". Is the fact that they are scheduling an exam a good sign?
