I have filed for aid and attandance and at the qtc exam the doctor put in the notes that i can not live independantly. I have no ideal if this is good or bad thing.. It says plain as day I can not live independently due to mental health state reasons. I have a copy of dbq. It's for smc l aid and attendance.
