Did VA have a statement from Voc Rehab on that?

Did the statement from VOC Rehab state that your SC disabilities made Voc Rehab unfeasible?

SC disabilities only-

Can you scan and attach their denial as to their reasons and bases for the denial- and also attach the evidence list?

Cover your C file # and name prior to scanning it.

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

I just found a prior post you made:

"Voc rehab recently declared me unfeasible for its program and I submitted the unfeasible letter as proof for my IU"

I hope you kept a copy of that letter. If VA considered it, as evidence,  there is more to this than we know.

I have a similar  Voc Rehab letter dated 1992 that my husband got when he had a Sec 1151 stroke. It pays to save EVERYTHING. I have an usual issue that I will be using that Voc Rehab letter for. Unless The Secretary puts stroke on the AO presumptive list....than maybe I would still need it, but it will not be my prime evidence.
