Anyone know the 5 BEST regional VA offices?

I have a question, I can't find data on good VA regional or health centers in the US.  I see 5 bad regional VA's listed in forums, does anyone know where to find stats that might point to good regional offices?  Maybe their own experiences have been good or you know where to find statistics such as turnaround times for claims/NODs, success or failure rates, measure of quality of health care, any other statistics for VA regional offices?

I am moving in a few months, thinking about Missouri but know nothing of the St Louis regional VA processes, problems, successes, etc.  I have no problem choosing another area to live, but my regional VA in Denver has been mixed, sometimes good, sometimes bad.  The Denver medical facility has been one of the worst VA stories in years, but some of the regional VA decisions have been good, so it's a mixed bag.

I would not worry about the best RO's.  A regional office that is great for me may be the worst for you.  Locate to a solid place where you can find employment and get the treatment you need.  You are better off where you are stable while you wait for your claim as it might take years before the final disposition.  Get to a safe stable place and then worry about the RO.
