The diagnosis rendered is NOT DIFFERENT from the disability for which the Veteran is service connected.'' Increase will likely be denied. you can appeal it but you need more evidence medical evidence, Dr's notes that are favorable to you look at your C&P EXAM as to what you were rated for and why and compare your PTSD as to how worse it has got since then. with another exam. it don't sound like anything as changed since you were rated the first time.
