Nehmer 2010 regulations

I need to make this point - NVLSP reviewed our Nehmer awards only as to the proper EED.

If your Nehmer award contained any other errors, NVLSP did not look for them.

Although the House passed the Blue Water Navy AO Bill, it looks like it will have MANY problems in the Senate.

I have no idea, if this bill becomes law, whether Nehmer will have any inpact on Blue Water Navy claims that have already been filed.Fortunately VA has deemed Many Ships as AO presumptive and the most recent list is here somewhere. Many those vets succeeded in getting AO comp.

Still we do get Nehmer AO questions from time to time under the 2010 version.

 

I bet many Nehmer vets and even their widows might not have the proper award amount, if their audit was wrong.
