Dabimmerman
I was wondering if anyone know if I get 10% for all three hip codes, 5251, 5252, and 5253. Does that mean I get a rating of 30% for my hip? or does it mean I get 3 separate ratings of 10% each. It makes a difference looking at the VA Math table. 1 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted November 1, 2018 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted November 1, 2018 (edited) It depends on what the hip motion limit is and the side motion flexibility? Normal 10% is given for each code , but if you can't swing your leg out sideways more than 10% then a 20% rating should be given. 0 Dabimmerman
Right, I get that. But, my question is how does the hip % stack. For instance, say I'm at 50% disability and I get my flexibility for my back gets me 10% for each code. Is the VA math, 50% + 10% + 10% + 10%? or 50% + 30%?
