I watched about 3/4 of this and it seemed like a propaganda video.  The only interesting thing I heard is that they plan to finish all legacy appeals by 2020.  They touted their ramp program but did not state what the approval rates were.  They were big on promoting that they were veterans or married to veterans.

You see that a lot at VA.  For example, in the BVA chairmans report, they "brag" about increasing the number of appeals processed, but WE dont know if that means they were slacking in past years, denying benefits "en masse", or if its the real deal.   Speeding stuff up usually comes at a loss of quality.  

Worse, it indicates poor planning on VA management.  Why should we have a 5 year backlog???  Oh, yea, VA blames it on too many Vets appealing.  Is this Vets fault, that VARO gave low quality decisions?   About 2/3 or more, of the decisions the bva reviews are wrong, and either reversed (awarded) or remanded.
