Filed TDIU Feb 7, 2019. Does anyone know what questions they will ask at C&P exam? Also I put in for memory loss and sleep insomnia.

Orwebb, we cannot answer what questions will be asked at the C&P.  All examiners are different as are all cases.  Even the questions on different C&P's are different and you do not specify your disability.  Just go to the exam as you would dress normally and be prepared to be truthful with the examiner.  If you have service records that support this claim bring these along with the pertinent information highlighted so the examiner can easily access the information if they desire.  

As for TDIU you need to show that you did not quit your last job and that your job history reflects your disability.  If you are currently working and are not under the poverty level your chances are slim.  If you have any more in depth questions please ask.

You should be safe sticking with the critieria.  

It helps if you understand the criteria.  

What are your sc disabilities?  When did you last work?  What is it about your sc disabiiites that prevents you from maintaining SGE?  

Importantly, could you do another type of work?  

For example, if you had a sc bad back, could you do some sort of desk job, not involving heavy lifting?  

Did your doctor say you are unable to perform sge due to sc disabilities?  

What happened with your last employment?  Did you quit?  Were you fired?  Why?  

What is your education level?  What type of work were you doing?  Have you been trained in other occupations?  CAn you go back to that occupation?  Why or why not?

Can you be retrained and get a different job?

These are the types of questions you can expect.
