I have a question that I am directing to @asknod or anyone who may be able to help me. I have an NOD and a request for ED with the VA. My case is marked restricted so my VSO is not able to view it on VBMS. They are totally stumped as to what to do about my case since they cannot look at it. VBMS help desk and tech support are unable to help. Is there anything short of a Congressional inquiry that would get my case unrestricted?

Veterans Attorneys/agents generally have Level 5 or 6 access. I have a 6 because I represent myself which is rare in this business. I've never been fenced out of any of my clients' VBMS claims files.
