Ok I received my SOC in late May 2019. The DRO gave me a partial grant of the condition and granted my IU status. We submitted a letter stating that we would not appeal any further. My question is the deadline for the Form 9 has done passed so now roughly how long am I looking at to receive my retro pay (it was granted as well) and for my monthly to start?

I am not sure how busy your Regional office is, but typically 6-8 months. I know it sucks waiting, but the backpay is nice! Hang in there!
