Adapted housing

Rate this question

for those of us that have been awarded adapted housing and those who are filing a new claim or waiting on a claim.. you may not know but Congress passed a new law concerning adaptive housing it increased the grant to $98, 492 dollars and goes into effect

on Oct 1. 2020... You can use the grant all at once, or spread it over 3 uses... I have used my grant twice,  and have a remaining $17,000 when the new law was passed,   previously the grant was about $63,000... don't forget that it also goes up every year automatically due to the

cost of living... This happened because of a fellow disabled veteran and his hard work......

Added:  The total grant is  $98,492 , which can be used all at once, or if not used all at once, can be drawn upon up to six times as long as you do not exceed the total $98,492...   Under the old law we could only draw on funds 3 times....

I cut and pasted the attached from the new  published law
