I apologize if this is posted someplace else. I am getting conflicting information on how to obtain my C-File from my DAV rep. What form do I use to request my C-file? I was told SF-180 by DAV and was told a VA-3288 by someplace else. Also where does the request go to? One source said my RO the other archives in Minnesota?
Also what is included in my C-file just medical records pertaining to my current disabilities? or all of my medical records? I want to file an intent for a couple of other issues but I am looking for treatment and diagnosis dates in my medical records. I would appreciate any information.
