Also VA is doing an outreach----by mail---as soon as I can redact a letter a BWN veteran got- (it is specific to his denied claim) I will scan and attach it here.
They are sending out about 70,000 letters to veterans who were previously denied and had an AO presumptive.
The letter also states that : "VA is currently processing claims and will decide these claims based on the date of the new law.This means eligible Veterans will be awarded benefits as early as January 1, 2020"
This is extraordinary news- not expected at all.......!!!!!!!!!!
